The desicion of redesigning the websites of KFC for UAE and KSA came out of the fact that the users were more using aggregator applications such as Deliveroo, Talabat, Zomato. This resulted in less people registering on the original platforms and less users participating in loyalty programms which were available only on KFC.ae(sa).

I have done a number of product benchmarking of the competitors’ platforms, collected data from hotjar.com focused on users time spent on the websites and the points they drop off without a checkout. As a solution to the key issues the new responsive design has been executed.
